Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel

Excellent service, the team do their best to communicate with the foreign customers. Breakfast was good though after 3 days looks very much the same. The place is clean and close to Luomashi metro station which makes it an excellent choice. From there you can get anywhere practically in their excellent metro system. Was my birthday during my visit and a cake of very good size was waiting for us after a great day in the city. This is the type of details that make your trip memorable and make you come back to the same city and hotel. We will absolutely do it.

I lost my bracelet which is a gift from my hubby and the hotel staff found it in my room. Thank you so much for the honesty and efficiency of the staff! They are exceptional!

The hotel has a great location. You can walk to a metro station in a few minutes and to Tianfu Square in about 10 to 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and looked very new. The staff and service were incredibly good. Whether booking tickets or Davis helped me book tickets (sometimes not so easy if you don't have a Chinese cell phone number), took care of cabs and was always there to answer my questions. I have to say a special thank you to Evin. He really helped a lot when my flight was canceled. He contacted the airline's hotline and took care of a replacement booking. So he made sure that my departure was relaxed after all. Thank you very much. I felt that I was in good hands throughout my stay.

Location was great, with Metro juz at door step. Staff were polite and service level was good

Clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful especially Concierge. Mr Davis is especially kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us with the transportation arrangements and how to go about. Really appreciate their advice and service.
